 | Mayoral Candidate Forum. We want to know where each candidate for Mayor stands on the issues facing the veterans in our community and what their plans are to address the needs and concerns of veterans and their families. There are over 27,000 veterans in San Francisco, over 70% of them are over the age of 55, and the issues that affect the regular citizen affect our veterans disproportionately. Each candidate had 10 minutes to present their veteran-focused platform, followed by a moderated 10-minute Q&A session and 10-minute wrap-up session.
