 ![photo]() | Lucas "Duke" James, is a 21 year old singer/song writer from the San Francisco bay area. He plays rock & roll, also blues and jazz . Growing up with his three brothers he moved from Modesto, to Berkeley, to Oakland, then finally to San Leandro. Getting kicked out of one school after the next. Once he got into arroyo he finally stayed in one school for 4 years, somehow. Most of the teachers hated him but there was a handful that liked him and even though he rarely showed up, and when he did was usually asleep or playing his guitar. They saw potential in him. he always had a love for books and good music and would stay up all night reading and writing. now he works in a warehouse and hangs out with his little brother christian who has down syndrome and is also a songwriter. so look out for his album coming out in june. so please listen to the music with an open mind and i think you will learn to love it. |
