 | The Garage and SAFEhouse for the Performing Arts, a nonprofit presenting organization, specializes in incubating new performing art through residencies, workshops and performances. Every year, 120 groups perform in 230 shows. Resident artists are provided with rehearsal space for two shows.
AIRspace (Artist In Residence) is a queer performance laboratory and rehearsal program at The Garage.
AIRspace was originally created at the Jon Sims Center for San Francisco artists to develop production skills and create new work. |
