To honor the City of San Francisco and dozens of organizations representing thousands of women and men who are sustaining the homeless of San Francisco during their transition to permanent housing.

Supporting the homeless is in alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goal #11, which applies to the prevention of homelessness.

IMPORTANT: The UNA-USA San Francisco, UNA-USA Marin, and the American Legion, Post 315 are partners in producing the 70th Anniversary Human Rights Series. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) went into force in 1948. Article 25 provides standards for health and well-being. The 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are based on the UDHR.
