The Oakland Vet Center in conjunction with the City of Oakland Office of Mayor Libby Schaaf and council members are hosting a Veteran’s Day ceremony in the Rotunda of Oakland City Hall (1 Frank Ogawa Plaza, Oakland, CA 94612). The Veteran’s Day Ceremony will take place on November 7th from 4-5pm with the opening of the “African Americans in the Military” photo and artwork collection of Mr. Bertram Clark, a local Vietnam Veteran.
